Your data

Privacy, in plain language.

GPT0 runs AI on your device. Website measurement is optional, and your conversations are not part of it.

Your conversations

Prompts, replies, and text attachments are processed in your browser. Saved chats stay in this browser profile. GPT0 does not send them to Google Analytics or a hosted AI service. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to read saved chats. Export important work before clearing browser data.

Page delivery and model downloads

The website host and model download providers receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address, when delivering pages or model files. Your browser may cache model downloads. Those requests happen independently of optional analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

If you select Allow analytics, GPT0 loads Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and basic engagement. Google receives the page address and title, referring website origin, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and connection information. GPT0 removes query strings and fragments from the page address sent by its tag and does not send the referring page's path or query.

Analytics does not receive your chat messages, replies, attachments, saved chat titles, or text entered in forms from GPT0. Automatic form interactions, site search, outbound click, and download tracking are disabled. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the tag.

No Google Analytics tag loads until you allow it. Declining does not affect chat or access to the guides. Google's handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy and information about sites using Google services.

Cookies and your choice

GPT0 remembers your analytics choice in local storage for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days and may renew when you visit. Your choice applies to this browser, and clearing site data removes it.

You can withdraw permission below or through Analytics preferences in the chat sidebar and blog footer. Withdrawal stops future collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for GPT0, and reloads the page to stop the active tag. It does not erase measurements already received by Google.

Local storage

Chat history, model cache, and app preferences are separate from analytics. Declining analytics does not delete them. To remove them, use the chat controls or your browser's site-data settings.
